A typical day
- 9.15-10:15am — Bible Teaching
- 10:45am-12:15pm — Worship, Teaching and Practice
- 1:30 – 2:30pm — Optional seminars
- Afternoon — free for fellowship/activities
- 7 – 8:30pm — Evening celebration
- 8:30 – late – After hours optional activities
We start each day with 9:15am Bible teaching followed an opportunity to ask questions and discuss the topic opened up in the teaching. Worship and teaching with a practical edge follows this. We gather at the end of the day for the evening celebration, where we’re joined by a different speaker each evening. Prayer ministry may be available near the end of every session. On Wednesday we share in an all-age Communion with a short all-age Bible talk during the morning session with the rest of the morning and afternoon free.
Early afternoon option
There will be two or three optional seminars each afternoon for those who feel like some more input. These will focus on areas of practical ministry, and our mission in Europe. There will be an Arts Corner in the main adult venue for use during the sessions and at other times.

FOR NOT-SO GROWN UPS
Throughout the week, our top-quality children’s groups deliver a combination of worship, teaching, games, craft and general mayhem. We have programmes specifically tailored for different age groups:
Stepping Stones, which is for 0-3 year olds – morning only (0-1s half the morning)
The Launch Pad, for 4-10 year olds –– morning and evening, however the evening is for 6-10 year olds only. We do make smaller groups at times to best reflect the age ranges and also to cater for children who speak another European language more fluently. In order to support the Launchpad team every parent will be asked to nominate one half hour during the week outside the adult programme time when they help with set up, tidy up or snack (full instructions given).
Did you know that God has plans and purposes for you wherever you are? Check in with us at The Launch Pad as we pack our bags for a mighty adventure with Him! Worship, prayer, crafts, sports, games and much, much more! All 4-10s invited! Just remind whoever’s booking your ticket to complete your advanced passenger information via the registration form in advance ( 3:45-4:30pm on arrival day), so we know who’ll be joining us on our flight…
11-18 years – Something Else
You’ll never be bored; 11-18 year olds get their own full programmes of celebrations, workshops, games and sport. We promise encouraging and challenging biblical teaching, activities to ground our faith, prayer and praise in the power of the Holy Spirit and a great week of friendship.
This year there will be a special Young Adults stream. If you’re between 18 and 40, married or single, or looking for company, join us for lunch around the cafe tables every day and you can organise your afternoon. Join us for an introductory lunch on Monday the 30th at 12:15 so that we can get to know each other. The Speakers from the Oxford Centre for Christian Apologetics will be joining you each lunchtime to encourage and inspire you, especially if you are serving in a team and not able to take part in the usual adult programme.
Although there’s a packed programme of events and teaching happening each day, don’t forget to make time to relax and unwind. There’s a café open during the day and evening, surrounded by mission displays and after the evening programme there will be the option of a quiz or some musical entertainment in the main tent or an entertaining evening by the big campfire. Come and toast some marshmallows, bring a guitar and sing along, bring your hot chocolate and a deck chair…
Every afternoon is free for fellowship and fun. Enjoy meeting and chatting with some new friends. Have a sleep. Visit the nearby attractions. Enjoy walking or biking with your family or friends. The opportunities are endless. We are looking forwards to having wonderful times of fellowship together, for those of you who like chatting around a cup of coffee or a glass of wine, put your feet up, relax and enjoy the company.
