Helen was born in England but grew up in Egypt; she is half English and half Egyptian. She returned to the UK with her family and went on to study History and German at Christ Church, Oxford. Having felt God’s call to full-time Christian ministry, Helen trained in Oxford at Wycliffe Hall, and was ordained in 2004. After working at St Aldate’s Church, Oxford, she is now Associate Minister with Heartcry Ministries where she has worked for over five years; she also volunteers her time at St Andrew’s Church.

Confident Hope

Let us hold tightly without wavering to the hope we affirm, for God can be trusted to keep his promise…we do not belong to those who shrink back and are destroyed, but to those who have faith and are saved. (Heb 10:23, 39, NLT) A confident Church grows a radical people. Time to awaken Europe with the sound of confident hope and see His Kingdom grow!
