The Hospitality volunteer role will suit someone who loves to make people welcome and can organise a simple meal for a multitude with ease.
It consists of
- organising a ‘Drinks and Nibbles’ event for team workers (about 120?) on the Saturday evening,
- organising/hosting (with another) a lunch for Church leaders on the Monday,
- arranging small gifts for a couple of seminar speakers and our main guest speakers,
- arranging transport to and from the airport and railway station for several guest speakers (you don’t have to have a car for this – just know someone who is available with one)
2 volunteers who can work together on this would be desirable. As a volunteer able to attend the whole programme you pay full conference price.
